With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Bret A. Zipprian developed a strong understanding of system infrastructure, safety standards, and on-site problem-solving. That foundation led him to launch Certified Safe Backflow Testing & Repair in 2019, where he now specializes in protecting potable water systems through certified backflow testing, repair, and installation.

Bret is a certified Cross-Connection Control Specialist and Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester through the CA/NV American Water Works Association (AWWA). He is fully licensed and insured, and an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Known for his reliability, professionalism, and fair pricing, Bret is committed to delivering compliant, high-quality service to every client he serves.
